and died on 19 October 1745 also in Dublin
He was an Anglo-Irish satirist, essayist,
political pamphleteer, poet and cleric
who became Dean of St. Patrick's, Dublin.

I've tried several times to read Gulliver but its obvious why it is abridged - some of his chapters are very weird (as was the author to be honest).
